Why waves? - well business is like the ocean ...

Most of the time we bob along doing our stuff. We go up and down with the daily challenges and come out the other side barely wet! Some days its calm, some days there may be a bit more movement. Then one day .. a huge wave crashes in. Momentarily stops us in our tracks. Frothing, bubbling, disrupting our plans. BUT if we know where we are heading, we focus on the outcomes. We are resilient, confident and have that self belief we WILL ride those waves to the calmer water the other side.
